Check-in
In accordance with national regulations, at check-in you are required to provide the staff with a valid identity document (ID card, passport, …).
Due to regional regulations, our staff are also obliged to notify the competent authorities of your place of residence, so it is preferable to provide an identity document that provides this information.
If the only identity document you have with you does not have this information (such as your driving licence), you will be asked to provide your municipality of residence to the staff.
Rooms
Thermostat
The room temperature can be adjusted simply by using the two arrows on the thermostat.
Please do not enter the advanced menu to change the other settings of the thermostat in order to ensure proper operation of the room temperature control.
Beds
The foldaway bunk bed in the blue and green rooms can only be opened or closed by our staff, so it should be left in the state in which it was prepared for your stay. Also, if the bed is open, it is very important not to remove the access ladder to the upper bed.
Bans
Inside the structure, in the common areas and in the rooms:
- smoking is forbidden
- animals are not allowed
- out of respect for the other guests, please avoid any nocturnal noise.
Breakfast
You can have breakfast between 6:00 and 11:00. Please let us know your breakfast time the day before.
For breakfast we usually serve coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, juice, cakes, biscuits, toasted bread, rusks, croissants, butter, jam produced on our farm, spreadable cream, fruit grown locally (availability may vary depending on the day or season).
Please report special requests or food intolerances to the staff upon arrival.
Check out
Check-out time is between 6:00 and 11:00. Please give the room keys to the staff at the property.
Cash, credit cards and Satispay are accepted for payment.
